HP has launched two new Intel Tiger Lake Notebook in the latest addition to the Dragonfly series. HP Elite Dragonfly G2 and HP Dragonfly Max is a laptop that focuses on the business that is most suitable for those who are constantly while traveling. Both laptops are equipped with a special 5G Nano-SIM card slot to ensure that Internet connectivity was established even in areas without special Wi-Fi connections. Furthermore, the notebook comes with a 360 degree hinge and the screen that supports touch, allows them to double as tablets when needed. HP Elite Dragonfly G2 and HP Dragonfly Max are expected to be available in January 2021. Prices will be available closer to availability.
Specifications of HP Elite Dragonfly G2
HP Elite Dragonfly G2 comes with enough specifications. For starters, CPU options range from Intel Tiger Lake Core i3, Core i5, and Core i7, and Core i7. HP will reveal the right skus later on. There is no option to add a special graphics card, so users must have a relationship with Intel Iris XE IGPU integrated. HP Elite Dragonfly G2 can be configured with LPDDR4 up to 32GB and 2TB solid-state storage. Unfortunately, all RAM soldered, so further expansion is not possible.
Other G2 Elite Dragonfly HP specifications include one USB 3.1 charging port, two Thunderbolt USB-C ports, and one HDMI port 1.4b. The 720p HD webcam is activated, allowing the functionality of Windows Hello. Include the shutter privacy allows users to turn off the webcam by pressing the button.
Specifications of HP Elite Dragonfly Max
The HP Elite Dragonfly Max crashed into the specifications of the Elite Dragonfly G2 ride notch. CPU options are limited to the 11th generation Intel Core i3 and Core i5 model. GPU, maximum storage, and RAM options are the same as G2 Dragonfly Elite. For the best known reasons only for HP, IPS LCD Panel HP Elite Dragonfly Max 13.3 inches present in just one variant with FHD resolution (1920 x 1080). It was also protected by corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The input option on the HP Elite Dragonfly Max is the same as Elite Dragonfly G2. However, the notebook got a better 5MP webcam and four microphones, made it more suitable for teleconferencing. Wireless connectivity modes include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, and Miracast. Finally, HP Elite Dragonfly is powered by a 56Wh battery that supports the mobile phone charging technology. HP claims that the battery can be charged to 50 percent in 30 minutes.
